Matt and the Kombrink team made the process of selling the home a breeze! From the initial meeting to listing, our questions were answered. Matt was knowledgeable of the area and competitive list pricing, based on comps. Will hopefully use the Kombrink Team services again in the near future!

After interviewing several realtors, we hired Matt Kombrink based on the initial interview and researching his sales stats. Matt came impressed us as a genuine and candid professional who knew his business, the local market, and the regional market conditions. After listing with Matt, he gave us some great advice on how to get our home ready to sell. Within 48 hours of putting our house on the market, Matt brought us a buyer with a great offer (above list price and quick closing). A couple weeks before closing, we ran into a potential problem with the home inspection negotiations. Matt and his team did a great job helping us navigate through the process, getting the situation resolved in our favor, and closing earlier than scheduled. Although Matt is the leader of a very busy and active team, he was always the one who answered the phone when we needed to talk to someone about the transaction. We highly recommend the Kombrink Team!

Matt and his team are professional and responsive. The marketing materials (print and digital) prepared for our home were fantastic. Beautiful photos, a stunning video, and a nicely arranged brochure which highlighted the home's features. Matt gave solid pricing advice, and he and his team were very easy to work with. Our home had a contract within about 6 weeks from listing with Matt, after having been on the market with another agent for 18 months. It's an unusual home, so having the right buyer come along is key, but the fresh photos and marketing strategy seemed to do the trick. I would highly recommend Matt, Chris and the rest of the team.

I really enjoyed working with the Kombrink team. They made every step of the selling process easy. Called Matt on a Sunday and he was at my house within a few hours to look at it. Had a meeting a few days later to go over specifics and decide on a price. Just made everything easy. If I called with a question he would get right back to me. As for showing the house, I decided to go out of town since there were over 50 showings in the 4 days the house was on the market. The team would even make sure the lights and doors were locked at the end of the day since I wasn’t there. As for figuring out which offer to take Matt gave me his opinion and reason for it, but in the long run it was my decision. All I can say is it was a very smooth process.

The presentation and review of how everything would work and all of the documentation provided was fantastic. The team responded quickly to questions and were always polite and professional.
