We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Matt Kombrink and his team. From the very beginning, Matt stood out among several agents we considered because of his extensive experience, humility, and genuine interest in understanding how we wanted to sell our home. What really separated Matt was his ability to recognize the value of the care, upkeep, maintenance, and improvements we had put into our home over the years. He did not simply look at numbers on a page or compare our home to others in the area. He took the time to understand the property, what made it special, and the condition in which we had maintained it. He combined that understanding with his knowledge of the market to determine the right listing price, one that reflected the value of our home while also generating strong buyer interest. Throughout the entire process, Matt was incredibly communicative, detailed, and organized. We always knew what was happening, what came next, and what we needed to do. Our home sold for approximately 5% over asking, and we closed right on schedule. The photography and video were excellent, the staging was very well done, and the social media marketing helped showcase our home in the best possible way.
